Pro Anorexia Tips


There are many pro anorexia tips out there, some are good and some are harmful. When you read my homepage then you know that I do not do or support any harmful techniques of any pro ana anorexia website or pro anorexia clubs. This sounds common sense but you would be surprised how many people are doing intentionally bad things to themselves just to achieve the goal of a slim body.

Take a look at my personal personal pro anorexia tips and decide yourself. I also have some anorexia diet tips which I will add later. I would love to hear your feedback. First of all, I strongly believe that there are many things you can do to get in shape and stay slim and that there is no need for drugs or anything like that.

We want to be like our idols, be slim, look successful, full of energy, right? Or do you want to follow pro anorexia tips which make you sick, look ill and weak and where you have no energy to accomplish anything? These are anorexia tips and tricks I do not want to know. I do not know about you, but I want to be admired and not to be pitied.

Here are my pro anorexia tips for personal health and energy of a super-slim:

My most important pro anorexia tip is exercise. I know it sounds common sense but are you really doing it or are you trying to take a shortcut swallowing some pills? Keep on reading. It has so many advantages. There are so many ways to exercise, find one you love. It does not really matter which way you choose. My personal favorites are Tai Chi, Pilates and jogging. Exercise burns calories and also builds muscles so that you can form your shape. You look younger, slimmer, healthier. You ARE slimmer and healthier.

Exercise also has a positive third effect. It trains your mitochondria, the energy producers of your body. Your body gets trained to produce more energy than it burns. This way you empower yourself. You benefit in so many ways. You loose fat, shape your body, build up your energy levels, can accomplish and achieve more and reach your goals the healthy and successful way.

Exercise will also help you when you already suffering from anorexia nervosa. Start slowly. It is important that you enjoy it and have fun. Keep the advantages in mind. Exercise will help you do get in better more, starting to become more optimistic. It will pump fresh oxygen into your body and brain. Did you know that your brain needs at least 25% of all your oxygen and energy? Give your body what it wants. It has the ability to improve itself.

What other pro anorexia tips do I have? Healthy eating is important. You must learn which foods contain how many calories and avoid consuming to many calories. Do I vomit sometimes? Yes I do. But I also know that vomiting or purging is harmful and I do it rarely. More about the negative side affects about vomiting later. Just be warned for now. If you vomit more than twice a week it can become a habit which can be extremely harmful.

Do not feel bad when you eat much sometimes or something unhealthy. We are all humans and we will never ever be perfect. If you count your calories and do exercise then you will never be fat, it is a simple math. There is no need for anything else.
