Ways to Become Anorexic


The anorexic lifestyle is a way of healthy dieting with the aim to achieve a slim, good looking body. Of course, it is not about becoming sick from anorexia nervosa.

Our bodies have a unique look by nature. The body itself is very aesthetic, a masterpiece of nature. I do not want to destroy the great look by adding too much fat or eating crap.

How to become anorexic means maintaining the great body we got from nature and even try to optimize the look. Since I am aware of anorexia nervosa and other eating disorders, I try to never pass the line.

To me, it makes no sense to have this positive attitude to my body and then actually destroying it with drugs, bad food or no food at all. This is what eating disorders is about. This is what all the bad and harmful tips on how to be anorexic are about. It is about abusing drugs, eating wrong or eating not enough at all. It is about binge eating and intentional vomiting. And it is also about self-destruction, depression, loosing control and hope.

This is not what I want to achieve. In fact, it is the total opposite. I want a great looking, healthy body in which I feel good and can be proud of. My anorexic tips are different therefore.

It is often not easy but quite simple in theory and praxis, so I do not understand sometimes why so many develop eating disorders or choose the wrong path. I have a simple answer to this which often is true: They try to cheat and use shortcuts. But there are none. Everything you do will have either a positive or negative effect to your body and mind. It is a simple math.

Our body is a machine and needs certain nutrients to function. Your hair and skin will look only great and be of natural beauty if you give your body the right foods so that he can produce the desired results. Where else shall it come from?

Our body is even better than a simple machine though. It has the ability to repair and improve itself. For example, if you do exercise then your body increases the size of your muscles, burns fat and calories and improves its cardiovascular strength.

So how to become anorexic the right way? Exercise is by far the best way to improve your overall health and body shape. It burns calories, reduces fat deposits and you can shape your body like you want in areas you choose. Does sound like a mystic power weapon? Yes, but it is simply the truth. Most people are just not willing to go the extra mile.

The second powerful weapon is healthy nutrition. Give your body what he needs and he will work and look great. Yes, a simple truth again but works like a charm. I get so many compliments for my beautiful hair and skin which is just a result of my healthy food.
